Best Location Ever — Staff and unit were great! Location is close enough to walk to most places you'd want to go and unit had everything we needed, including beach towels/chairs. Unit 103 has been renovated recently and is beautiful and was very clean. Heated pool is a plus!
Perfect Location — Perfect location! Right in front of Frenchy's & walking distance to all restaurants of your choice of fare! The beach & the gulf right there!
I'll add just one thing-the bedroom & bathroom doors need multiple hooks on the back of them to hang more things on like towels, bathing suits etc.!!

Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. I've stayed here 3 different times in 3 different units and all are amazing. Easy check in process and communication with extending stays if needed. Definitely would recommend stay at Clearwater Beach Suites!
Nice, clean & comfortable — Unit 103 was clean and had everything you needed even if you wanted to cook/prepare food. We did not but it nice to know. The furniture was new & comfortable. It was very convenient to the beach, shopping & restaurants. The pool did look inviting but we did not utilize it. All in all we had a very nice, relaxing stay and will stay again!

Clearwater Beach vacation 1-1 thru 1-10 — Had a great vacation stay at Clearwater Beach Suites. The weather was a little cold but still a great time. The pool was heated and great! Close to everything and especially the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
The Place to Be! — Suite 103 is the cutest! Decor is clean & relaxing, not cheesy/nautical like many beach properties. First floor was nice so we didn't have to climb stairs and go through multiple gates with luggage. Property was quiet for the most part (people above us were moving furniture around at 1am one night). But they were probably moving it because it's hard to find outlets in the bedroom (bring extension cords). There were several Palmetto bugs in our unit during our stay; sounds like those are to be expected. Kitchen was nice & well-equipped. Pool was refreshing & clean. Quick walk to the beach, although the property is right beside the public beach parking, so the beach was super crowded on the weekend because of that. It was easy to get ahold of the rental company with any issues, though it sometimes took a little while for them to respond. You'll be bombarded with tons of emails from the rental company prior to your stay as well, so try to organize those somehow so you can reference them later during your stay. Check-in was fairly easy, though it took a minute to figure out the door keypad. Trying to find the trash dumpster outside was difficult since it's hidden & not marked, but we finally figured it out after searching back through all those emails & finding the location mentioned in an attachment to one of those emails. We were super lucky & excited to get an on-site parking pass. I wouldn't have wanted to park in a city lot. Most things in walking distance, but we Ubered a few places that were further. Overall, would stay here again!

Great Rental but checkout not smooth — This rental was awesome. Great location within easy walking distance to everything. My only complaint was with the rental company. We paid $50 for a one hour late checkout. We left to go get our car to load up and got locked out of our place. It took about 45 minutes for someone to get us back in so we could get our luggage. Parking is also an issue as parking location seems to be random. We had to park blocks away even though there were spots available on location the entire time we were there.

★★★★★ Amazing Room and Location! — We truly loved our stay at Clearwater Beach Suites Room 103. The room was spotless, spacious, modern and had everything we needed and more. Just a couple steps from the front door to the pool. It was only a short one block walk to the gorgeous beach an Frenchys Rockaway Grill. The property was clean, well kept and very comfortable. We are genuinely grateful we got to stay there and we will be back again!

Another great stay — Room was ready on time and looked great inside. Clean and organized. Location is great, just a few steps to Frenchy's and the public beach. Reservation process is quick and easy, they keep you informed from the time you make a reservation to the date of arrival and even during you stay. We will be back !

Amazing Gem — This unit is freshly renovated and is comfortable, cozy and useful. The entire small complex is immaculate, friendly and unique. Loved every minute and will definitely return!
Nice Convenient Comfortable — Nice location one block from the beach. Nice swimming pool right outside your door and protected from the wind. Free parking right on site. Nice kitchen setup, comfortable King bed, nice walk in shower, comfortable living room. Close to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed our stay very much
