The Best - Look No Further — Our family of 3 people had a great first time visit to Clearwater Beach, FL. Unit 107 exceeded all of our needs. The Keurig machine, the ice maker, steps from the beach, the pool, the beach towels/chairs, the shower with great water pressure, a hook for everything, proximity to fantastic food and drink, sunsets, endless amenities. You cannot go wrong with this resort and unit. We will go back to Clearwater Beach and we will stay at this resort again. Thanks for a great time!

Beautiful beach condo — Beautiful condo, super location so close to the beach, we had a super special stay with family. So many restaurants just steps from the Condo. Oh , and some of the most amazing sunsets.

Wonderful family vacation rental — Perfect location steps from the beach! Our family enjoyed the nearby restaurants and easy access to and from the beach. The condo offers use of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas to use while accessing beach for the day which was extremely helpful. The washer and dryer was also a huge perk for families staying for the week. The condo is well kept and equipped with everything for a family to use, very clean, and having the pool to enjoy late evenings was wonderful. Our second stay at this condo and would definitely book again!

Quick walk to the beach — Loved this condo! It was steps from the beach, the strip & many restaurants so we never had to use a car! It was stocked with beach towels & any kind of dish or cooking item you could need. There were beach chairs by the pool that you could take down to the beach daily which was a big plus because we flew. Loved the cozy beach vibe in the clean & freshly renovated condo - would definitely stay here again!!

★★★★★ — It was an absolutely beautiful unit! It was recently done over because of the storms we had this past fall. Everything you need is in there. It is a perfect location on the beach near everything. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. Exactly what you see in the pictures is how it is in person . The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to put felt padding on the bottom of the kitchen chairs because the floor is beautiful and the chair scratch on the floor when you pull them out. It would be a shame to mess up a beautiful floor.

Excellent — Unit 107 was beautifully decorated and had all the items we could need. I was stopped several times by other renters telling me we rented the best unit. We were in town for our niece's wedding at the Sand Pearl so the location couldn't have been better. We stayed a few extra days and had a great time!
Loved It! — We did wish the pool was open later than 9pm. Other than that, we had a great experience! Thank you!
Beautiful and Comfortable — This condo was perfect for our family (2 young kids/2 adults). Everything we could possibly need for our time in Clearwater, super clean and well decorated. Kitchen has everything we could need for our short vacation stay. Lots of soft and comfortable bedding available, and comfortable beds. Pool was clean and so warm! Bathroom was on the small side but worked perfectly for our purposes. 10/10 - we would absolutely stay here again.

Great Value and Great time! — This unit was newly remodeled and gorgeous. Plus, washer and dryer. This location is close to everything - park your car and walk! The pool was heated and clean - the kids loved it!
