Cozy suite! Minutes from the beach! Everything you need! — This is our second stay at CBS and we loved it! So close to everything, clean and cozy suite with everything you need! Excellent communication with rental company and staff! Will definitely be back:)

Stay at Christmas — The unit is exactly as shown, cute beachy decor. The location is good easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Even though it is a 2 bedroom it is small, there were 3 of us, but I would stay again. Wasn't a fan of the assigned parking and who gets front condo parking and who has to park in a designated lot or a space on Mandalay but it did get worked out therefore gave a 5 star rating
Perfect Weekend Getaway — Our condo was well equipped, had everything we needed and was in a great location. This is our 4th stay with this company and everything is always so clean and well looked after. The washer and dryer in this unit was a huge plus, as we were able to wash our beach clothing before traveling home. Looking forward to our trip next year!

Great unit — Loved this unit at Clearwater Beach Suites. I have been staying here for years and love all the units. Now with a family the 2 bedroom in a must. The washer/dryer is a huge plus with young kids. Can't wait to come back next year.
Nice Condo — Recommended location for fast beach access. The space was very good for our needs. We didn't spend much time in the room, but allowed us to cook a little. We also appreciated the pack and play, the beach towels, the cooler, and the ice maker in the condo, and the use of beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kids provided by the complex. We made use of the washer and dryer before departing, which was also a nice bonus.
The front left stove burner was not functional. That was the only minus in this experience. Thank you and we will consider a repeat stay next time we visit Clearwater Beach.
Room 205 — Great location and a beautiful place. I also appreciated all the security codes. I felt safe.
Great — Our 4 night stay in the property was fantastic. For a family of 5 it was a little tight for space, but the decor and the location was fantastic. Clean on arrival with onsite parking. Pool was great for the kids and proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants simply second to none.
Excellent — My husband and I took our son, daughter in law and grandson for a three day weekend to celebrate our son's birthday and grandson's 2nd birthday! What a perfect place! The unit is exactly as it shows in the photo and was supplied with everything you need. We unloaded the car and we didn't need to get back in it until we left. The location was absolutely perfect! Almost on beautiful Clearwater Beach and walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. It was cool when we arrived but the heated pool was very warm! It was perfect! Thank you.
February Getaway — The location was convenient, but due to being next to the public beach access, it was loud. The place was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen could use more utensils and maybe some mixing bowls. The owner and Belloise Realty were easy to work with.
Great location — Loved this place. It was perfect for our family. My kids loved the heated pool. Only thing negative was our dryer wasn’t working and it would have been nice to dry towels. We were able to walk everywhere…restaurants, shops and the beach. We would totally stay here again.

Great Vacation — We had an excellent stay. Everything was as advertised. The location is terrific. The weather was not great during our stay, so we used the heated pool a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!!! — The unite is very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and comfortable beds with clean and fresh sheets and towels, if you are a group of 3 or 4 it's perfect! It has what you need to have a beautiful vacation. Coffee pot, and coffee filters, dishes, glasses, pots, everything! The beach is just steps away from the place. The pool is very clean and relaxing. We did not need to drive to go almost anywhere. We found very good restaurants nearby and things to do. The host was incredibly good to me. We had an issue with parking, and he handle it very professional. I would like to thank Michael for being so kind.
The only suggestion I would give is to change the check in from 4:00pm to 3:00pm because you need some time to settle and then figure out what you want to do in the evening, other than that I highly recommend these suites.
I will go back.

When things aren't clean, I feel that it immediately deflates a rating. Bedspread on K bed visibly dirty, stain on lower half of mattress cover of fold away, coffee pot with small amount old coffee remaining. No trash bag in kitchen trash can. Nasty little drain in bathroom sink. In general, floors were clean, furniture very good condition and clean!! The kitchen was so well stocked with very nice dishes and cookware!! Appliances were excellent!! (Get rid of the blue dish mat…so full of sand). The entire home was beautifully decorated!! The pool area and other outdoor areas were immaculate!! I will definitely visit again and so much appreciate your hospitality, it's only small simple fixes that would have boosted it to a 5 star!!!!

Great weekend spent with family — Location was great. Condo was beautiful. Had everything you need for the beach: tent, umbrella, chairs, boogie board, and toys. Wish that had been listed in the information so we wouldn't have had to bring ours. The pool was wonderful. There are several gates to go through for pool safety and the stairs are narrow but we didn't have much trouble with them. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, good water pressure. Restaurants and shops where close by. Rental company checked in often to make sure we didn't have any issues. We would definitely stay here again.
