How can I purchase a Clearwater Beach Suites unit?
Many investors are interested in purchasing a Clearwater Beach Suites unit for themselves. Each suite is individually owned, however, the property and its rentals are managed exclusively by Belloise Realty.

Is the pool heated?
Yes! The Clearwater Beach Suites features a heated pool. Enjoy a swim year-round!
Pet Policy: Are the suites pet friendly?
We’re sorry, but pets are NOT allowed at the Clearwater Beach Suites.
Are beach towels or chairs provided?
Beach towels are provided and can be found in your suite. A limited number of beach chairs can be found by the pool area and can be brought to the beach on a first-come first-served basis.
Is smoking allowed?
The Clearwater Beach Suites has a strict NO smoking policy. This applies to the units and all outdoor premises.
Is there an elevator?
The Clearwater Beach Suites has two floors. Units on the second floor can only be accessed by stairs. There is no elevator.
Are rentals daily, weekly, or monthly?
The Clearwater Beach Suites has a 2 night minimum rental requirement. Some units offer weekly or monthly discounts.
How does car parking work?
The Clearwater Beach Suites has two types of parking passes.
An on-site pass that grants access to one of the seven Clearwater Beach Suites parking spaces located on Rockaway Street.
A city pass that grants free access to many surrounding public parking spaces and lots. A map detailing the valid parking locations will be included with your pre-arrival email.
One pass type will be left in your unit (not one of each). Your parking pass is assigned at random by the housekeeping staff, requests to change to a different pass type are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. On your day of arrival, your parking pass will be waiting in the unit.
Please Note: The Clearwater Beach Suites parking lot is monitored 24/7 by a third-party towing company. The Clearwater Beach Suites Association, the individual suite owner, FVRCO and Belloise Realty are not responsible for any towing fees or damages incurred to your vehicle.
Is public transportation nearby?
Clearwater Beach Suites is about a half hour drive from the Tampa International Airport. Once you are on the beach, you will not need a vehicle to get around.
The Jolley Trolley offers service covering all of Clearwater Beach and downtown Clearwater, and even will take you to Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, and Dunedin, for less than five dollars a day with unlimited rides! Best of all, the Jolley Trolley stops right across the street from Clearwater Beach Suites.
